1. Who we are

This website is operated by Bhargava Group Limited (“Bhargava Group”, “we”, “us”), 6A-170 The Donway W, Suite 1004, Toronto, ON M3C 2E8, Canada. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us. Services we provide to clients are governed by the agreements with those clients.

2. What we collect

Information you give us through our forms: name, email, company, phone number, organisation size, timeline, areas of interest, your message, and for job applications your profile link and details you share.
Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and a record of your consent (date, time and the wording you agreed to).
Technical information: IP address, browser and device data processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics (only with your consent): aggregated, cookieless page-view measurement. We do not build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

To respond to your enquiry or consultation request — your consent and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To send the Alliance Briefing — your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and applicable law).
To consider job applications — your consent and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
To secure and operate the website — our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and safe.
To measure and improve the website — your consent.
To meet legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what is strictly necessary unless you choose otherwise. Optional analytics and embedded content (Google Maps, the Cal.com scheduler) load only after you consent. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal. See our Cookie Policy and change your choices at any time via .

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, for the purposes above:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, spam protection (Turnstile) and optional analytics.
Resend — delivery of form notifications and emails.
Cal.com — consultation scheduling, if you use the scheduler.
Google LLC — map display, only if you choose to load the map.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to a successor in a business transaction subject to equivalent protections. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be accessible to courts and authorities there. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. For Quebec residents, we assess the protection offered before communicating information outside Quebec.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries and consultation requests: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a client relationship follows.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security logs: according to our providers’ standard retention, typically days to weeks.

8. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls with multi-factor authentication, least-privilege permissions and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you and learn how it is used;
correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
have your information deleted (and, in Quebec, de-indexed where applicable);
receive a copy in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
object to or restrict certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
complain to a supervisory authority.

10. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where changes are significant, notify subscribers by email.
